I have a problem with my order
If it is a mistake on our end, we want to get it fixed for you ASAP. Please send us a message with the following details:

-Event Date
-Image of problem
-1-2 sentences describing what the problem is
Once we receive the message, we will review your response and order details. If the mistake was our fault, we will provide a solution at no expense on the customer's end.
If the issue is due to customer error, we're still happy to offer a remake of the item, however, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges, including shipping.
