Where is my order coming from
► Orders are shipped from our studio in Vancouver, BC Canada
How do I know once my order has shipped?
► Shipment confirmation email will be sent upon creation of shipping label through Etsy
What is considered a business day?
► Monday-Friday only.
► There is no Saturday or Sunday or Holiday delivery.
► The day your order ships & the day your order is recieved does not count as a time–in–transit day.
What is a processing time?
► Processing time means time it takes to make your order
► All products are made to order unless otherwise specified
Where can I find my tracking number?
►To keep shipping costs down for the customer we do not provide tracking numbers unless previously requested before ordering
►Tracking numbers will be issued for shipping upgrades and can be found on your Etsy Shipping notification email
Can you guarantee my event date?
►As we would love to guarantee every party date request we get, mail delivery is beyond our control.
