Care or Assembly Instructions
We provide care instructions with our products. If for some reason your instructions are missing - please message us - we can always email them to you.
I ordered the wrong colors in my tissue tassels, poms, or fans. Can I exchange these?
Unfortunately because we cut our decorations when they are ordered and we do not carry stock of these items - they can not be refunded or exchanged. Please make sure you check out our color chart prior to ordering. We would be happy to help you match as close as we can - our products to your photos.
Do all of your listings have a current production time?
Most of our listings have a current production time listed. This does not include shipping time.
Please note that because our work load varies and each item takes a different amount of time to make - our production time may change from time to time. Our production time also varies during different seasons. Make sure to read our shop announcements for any changes in production time. Of course you can always email us or message us to find out current production time on any product.
We are not in the studio on Saturday or Sunday.
If you have a deadline - ALWAYS note when you need the product.

Do you customize products?
Several of our products are customizable. Simply message us about the product(s) you are interested in and we will let you know if we can make it happen for you.
Do you combine shipping if I order more than 1 product?
When you add more than one product to your cart, the shipping should adjust based on the total weight of all of the products, the package size and the location we are shipping to. If for some reason shipping is over charged - we always refund shipping overages!! We do not want to make money on shipping - our goal is to get your order to you timely, safely, and at the lowest cost possible.
My package is lost or delayed or shows delivered but I don’t have it... can you refund me?
As much as we understand and we hate that there are sometimes delays in shipping - we are not able to refund you based on that. It happens to us too when we order sometimes and listen - we know that stinks! Unfortunately, we can not control the USPS or the delivery of your order and can not be responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during shipping orders. You would need to contact your local post master.
Priority mail does come with a limited amount of insurance so if your package is lost or damaged in shipping you can file a claim with the USPS if you selected priority or express mail.
