What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the product, the time and materials it takes to make, we do not accept returns. However, please do let me know if you have any issues with your order!
Custom and personalized orders
For orders with custom text, no profanity is allowed.
Correct shipping information
Please double and triple check that the shipping address is correct! Once a package has been dropped off to the carrier, there is no way of changing the address. No refunds will be given.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If you cancel within 1 hour of purchasing, I will be happy to refund your order and request your reason for cancelling in writing. The time frame is small because I could potentially get to working on the mug(s) immediately after the order is placed.
