For us to fulfil your order, you must provide certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Your personal information is used as necessary to comply with obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Your personal information is shared for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

- Etsy. Personal information is shared with Etsy as necessary to provide you with the shop's services and comply with the shop's obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- Service providers. Certain trusted third parties are engaged to perform functions and provide services to the shop, such as delivery companies. Your personal information is shared with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- Compliance with laws. WantThatPlant may collect, use, retain, and share your information if there is a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:
(a) respond to legal process or to government requests;
(b) enforce agreements, terms and policies;
(c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues;
(d) protect the rights, property, and safety of the shop's customers, or others.

Data Retention

You personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide you with the shop's services and as described in this Privacy Policy. However, Silver and Moss may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. Generally your data is kept for the following time period: 7 years (required by Dutch tax law).

Transfer(s) of Personal Information Outside the EU

Your personal information may be stored and processed through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, your personal information may be transferred to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than the EU jurisdiction. If information about you is transferred outside of the EU, Silver and Moss relies on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer.
