Customer purchased on July 14th. I sent the proof on July 16th. She received this and requested edits to be made on July 17th. I provided the edited file back to her on July 19th. I never received any indication from her that she did not receive the second file. I strive to ensure that my customers are 100% satisfied with their order, but I cannot do anything to correct an issue if I don't know there is one. This is the first I've heard that she had an issue with her order.
