What is your turnaround time for personalized digital items.
Turnaround time
*ATTN: Any Orders Purchased on April 10th & 11th will be completed on April 12th.
*Digital Invites: Monday-Friday - If you order before 1pm EST, proof will be sent that night. If you order after 1pm EST, proof may be sent next night. - If you order Friday after 1pm EST through Sunday, you will have by Monday night or earlier.
*Printed Items (U.S. only): - Approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks from purchase til delivery
(May be longer if buyer doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner or UPS has delays).
*Digital Party Décor 4 business days or less
*Custom Orders - time may vary
What is your turnaroud time for printed invitations or cards?
Printed cards take about 1 to 1.5 weeks as long as their are no delays on buyers behalf. If you need them sooner, please let me know and I can try to accommodate.
Can I personalize my invitation by myself?
No, I do the customizing so you don't have to worry about formatting issues, etc.
Can you rush my order?
If you need something rushed, please send me an Etsy message first before purchasing. I will do my best to try and work with you.
Do you do custom orders?
Occasionally I will take on custom orders depending on my workload. Please do not ask for any copyrighted characters. I do not have permission to use them and will not make any exceptions. Pricing will depend on the project.
Is the glitter on invitations real glitter?
No, it is an image of glitter but looks very pretty with the Pearl Card Stock option.
