How your order is being shipped:
France: Lettre prioritaire (Mini max, Pas de suivi ou assurance. Je ne peux pas être tenu responsable en cas de perte ou de vol). Possibilité d'ajouter un suivi, contactez moi pour plus d'informations.
USA: ALL orders are sent priority airmail. Trackable Online (https://www.usps.com) . No signature required upon delivery. Please note that insurance is Not included. If you would like to upgrade to include insurance, contact me and I will invoice the difference.
Europe/Australia and the rest of the world: Priority airmail. No tracking number/insurance included. If you would like to upgrade to registred mail (insurance included but No tracking number) contact me and I will invoice the difference.

Shipping times might vary. I cannot be responsible for the postal delay and even when the ETA is 10 business days it can take up to 3 to 5 weeks depending on your country's Custom Declaration etc.
Europe: 5 - 10 days.
North America and Australia: 1-3 weeks, sometimes longer so please be patient.
Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. In the event that Etsy and PayPal show two different addresses, your package will be shipped to the Etsy address
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping rate.
LOST PACKAGES: Unfortunately, packages do get lost (or stolen) therefore I recommend Registered post with insurance, as I cannot hold any responsibility over lost items.

✥ My turnaround time on all orders (except ready to ship items) will be approx 5-10 business days. If you need special shipping arrangements made, please contact me before ordering. I do not keep stock and my items are custom made per order. Only one of a kind, ready to ship pieces are the exception.
