A lass with a love for glass
My passion for glass started when I was a teenager. It began in school researching glassblowing, as I was fascinated with the molten medium, eventually teaching myself to make glass beads in the garage with a small torch.
In 2011, I went on a journey to work at Wheaton Arts and Cultural center in NJ as a glassblowing apprentice. I was immersed in glass everyday and worked with many different artists. I now blow glass full time as the sole assistant for two artists, all the while making my work on the side. Every purchase made this year will be put towards my mobile glass furnace, to take glass demonstrations on the road!
I consider myself a craftswomen, creating pieces that can be used in everyday life. My work ranges from rocking boat glasses, pitcher sets, sake sets, jellyfish with airplants, and on custom request
The cremation Memento's have become a very heartfelt item in my shop, I work to create special pieces to honor each human or animal that's come to me, and now forever in glass.
Each piece is made
with love,
