Frequently asked questions

My item hasn't arrived, what can you do?

Once the orders have been marked as dispatched delivery times and other issues with the postal service are out of my control, this includes delays to the mail service in the UK and/or where you live. Tracking numbers are not included unless you purchase the tracking add on.

Please make sure you have inputted your address correctly or asked me to correct any mistakes prior to delivery, I am not responsible for any delays or missing mail caused by incorrect addresses or mistakes. Please also note that if a package needs to be picked up at a depot, ID may be required, and you may be refused the package if the name on it does not match the ID.

This item I would like to buy is out of stock, when will it be back?

Due to the nature of production for some items like pins restocking can take quite some time. If you are interested in an out of stock item feel free to message me and I will see if I have any spares and/or offer you a place on a mailing list to be notified when a product comes back in stock.

The printed colours (or similar - e.g gold foil finish) is slightly different to what it looks like in the photos/what I expected

Photos and different screens can display colours differently - it's also just a part of the printing process that there may be slight differences between batches, due to different manufacturers, printer equipment used, & manufacturer staff managing the printing. I try to minimise these risks - please be aware there could be very slight differences in colour of the artwork when ordering. All items have been quality checked and deemed fit for sale and if there are any issues with an item prior to sending e.g preorder items I will contact the buyer. Placement of pin fastenings & similar can vary per item & are not shown in listing photos for this reason.

My item arrived damaged, what can you do?

If an item gets damaged in the mail please contact me with a CLEAR photo of the damage if you would like to request a refund/replacement. 'Damage' means that the item has snapped, torn, been stained, fallen out of the package and therefore lost, or a similar issue to these effects. Each case of this will be resolved differently to suit each case individually.

Please refer to the rest of my FAQ if you believe there is a misprint to an item in your order - this is a seperate issue to discuss.
