5 out of 5 starsA fantastic programme. We are both following it on a daily basis. We are in our 70’s and really love the exercises which are really helpful to aid our health. A very good way to keep fit in the privacy of our own home.

4 out of 5 starsThis is a purchase is for a print of the page you see on their listing. There are not instructions on how many reps to do etc. That said if you know anything about exercise and you don't want to pay for a pricey program, it's great. They include a "bonus" which is strategic life planning. It has nice prompts in fill in worksheets.
