Payment

I accept payment through Paypal and by direct payment with eligible bank cards.

I am happy to arrange payment plans for more expensive items so they can be purchased in several instalments.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2 working days of payment being made. I post first class within the UK, and standard airmail for international orders. The postage charges do not include insurance or any tracking service, so if you would like to arrange any additional cover, please let me know and it can be provided for an extra charge. Orders over £100 (GBP) will be sent out either by UK Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Tracked and Signed, for no extra cost. International customers should note that they may have to pay extra customs and handling charges. I cannot predict or cover these costs, I have no responsibility for them, and I do not receive any of the charge. Accordingly, I cannot cover any of these costs.

Earring measurements: The length given is that from the top of the ear wire, where it would enter the lobe.

RE. 'Vintage' - Please note that the term 'vintage' is used only to describe materials that are over 30 years but under 100 years old (to the very best of my knowledge!). A large number of the materials I use are vintage, many dating from the middle of the last century, which gives them both rarity and character. Many of these pieces are from unused stock from long-closed manufacturers and stockists, but some are up-cycled. In some cases these pieces show some sign of their age, so please be aware of this; it is generally evident from the photographs but please ask if you have any questions regarding the condition of vintage components.
