Payment
Packages will not be sent until the payment has been received, which should happen as soon as the purchase is entirely completed. All customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order, after which the shipment of the order will be processed. SORT will provide you with one additional day (four days total). If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction and thereby purchase will be cancelled.

Shipping
All packages will be sent via Royal Mail UK, unless otherwise specified. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, and should not be the case when shipping within the European Union, but it can happen.
If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Etsy or PayPal, please contact us. If the Etsy and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, SORT will send the order to the address provided through Etsy.

All pots are sent as either Royal Mail standard or Royal MailSigned For® 1st Class, depending on the weight of the package.
