The first week back to school, my daughter lost one of the pins off her backpack and was absolutely crushed that the set was no longer complete. I checked the seller's shop to get a replacement, but these buttons had sold out...so I DM'd her. She replied within a couple of hours and offered to recreate and post the missing button in her shop so we could get a replacement and complete the set! I was so pleased with her quick response, kindness, and really great service! Hope to see you at the convention again next year!! Thank you!! 🙌🏻

4 out of 5 starsThe keychain itself is really cute, the pudding is squishy, and smells good but it came fairly late, tho it’s not something the seller can do much about. An issue with the product that I experienced with is that the brown part isn’t fully connected to the yellow part. Overall, the product is nice and I’m happy with what I got, I just expected it to be in higher quality
