All items are shipped with registered air mail. Usually packages arrive within 1-2 weeks after leaving Latvia - you will be able to trace it using tracking information provided.
Ready to ship items - Your package will be shipped within one to three days after cleared payment received. If your item is made to order, I need about 2-10 weeks before shipping to complete your order.
Please make sure you order in advance. Shipping from Latvia takes 5-21 days to Europe, 10- 35 days to USA and Canada, 25-40 days to Australia and New Zealand. It can take longer than that in November - December.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS:
All sales are FINAL, so feel free to ask any intimation before you check.
Due to the nature of custom items and the many hours that go into these Custom Portrait Sculptures, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, I will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your piece. I make each piece by hand with a needle which is very labor intensive. Materials, many hours and days of work goes into each of my sculptures.

I do always refund or send you another item for replacement if package gets lost or shipping takes more than 2 months ( in COVID situation in the World this time can be 4 months) . Sorry, I will not refund just because the package is late to some certain date.
