I accept queries on custom items for everything in my shop. Please contact me with any questions.
Note: Time to make/get an item and shipping times may be delayed because of the custom order. I can let you know about any lengthy timing.

Since I sell so many different items —using various fibers and materials, it is best to ask me about care instructions for the item you're interested in —if it's not already in the listing.

We live in an age where recycling is vital for future sustainability and environmental health, so spellitwithPEAS does its part by packing and shipping with recycled materials. Your hand-crafted item will get all the love, attention and appropriate packaging to ensure it arrives clean and undamaged.
This also means I don't charge extra for packaging or handling: You only pay what I pay for shipping!

If you make a special request to have something wrapped for a gift, I can do that for you and even have it shipped to the recipient's address. See the gift wrapping option sin the listings. Large items, like poufs/footstools cannot be gift wrapped.

I will ship your package as soon as possible, at the cheapest rate possible. Packages above five kilograms will come with a tracking number automatically. If you wish to purchase tracking and/or insurance for items less than five kilograms, the additional rates appear in the shipping options/upgrades for each item.

If you don't see the rates or have questions about rates, combined shipping, tracking information or insurance, I'd be happy to help find the best solution for you.

If you have any questions regarding multiple item shipping charges, please send me a message.

Currently, Etsy does not offer automatic weight rates for European sellers.

It is always best to check with me first, as the quoted rates for multiple items is usually higher in your cart than what the cost should be.

Although, shipping charges may also be undercharged, depending on which items you purchase. Please understand this bug in the system. I will get you the best shipping rate possible, as I ship from two countries.

Please note: I value the perception of color and try my best to ensure correct color reproduction; however, computer monitors can display slight variances from the actual product. I also describe my products in great detail and work closely with customers to get what they want — please read the description carefully and ask any questions before buying.

Custom items, sale items and supplies are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping charges (both ways) are not refunded.

If a package was returned to my shop as undeliverable, not picked up or had an incorrect address in the shipping information on Etsy, the item's original purchase price will be refunded to you when it has been received. Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return fault was on this side). If the item is sent out again, postage costs will be incurred.
