5 out of 5 starsI ordered a name sign to go above our daughters crib in the nursery the original sign came very quickly but was unfortunately damaged and in about 5 pieces. I understand you cannot control shipping issues so I reached out to the seller and they immediately made me a new sign and had it shipped within a couple days! The new sign just arrived and it’s beautiful and perfectly intact!! I love the product and they have amazing customer service, I would highly recommend this shop!

Do you do custom orders?
Occasionally! However we may not be able to take on all requests depending on the scope, or how busy we are with regular orders. Please message us to find out availability, price, and options.
I just ordered a custom name sign. Will I receive a proof after ordering?
Yes! You will receive a digital proof within 3-5 business days after ordering to make sure you’re happy with your font selections and layout.
I just sent a message, when can I expect to hear back?
We have a young family so we do our best to follow our regular business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST). Due to the volume of messages we receive expect to hear back in 48 hours. If it’s urgent we’ll do our best to get back to you sooner!
How long until I receive my order after it’s placed?
Our turnaround times can change depending on how busy we are. Check your order receipt to see an accurate ‘ship by’ date as well as estimated shipping time (the number of days from when your items leave our shop and arrive at your door). The “ship by” date + estimated delivery time = approximately how long your order will take to arrive.
Do you offer a ‘rush my order’ service to cut your turnaround time down?

My order says it’s shipped but I haven’t received it yet. Do you have access to more detailed tracking info?
We only have access to the same information that you do. Hang in there, your order is on its way 😊
I received my sign – how do I hang it?
For cutouts, we recommend using either 3M command strips or Gorilla mounting tape. Alternatively you can also place small nails in the wall and set the sign on top of them.
