Returns and exchanges
If there is anything wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can work it out! :)
Payment is possible through Paypal or bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, it might take several days before we receive your payment on our bank account.

Please do make sure that we receive your payment within five days (or contact us if any problems may arise). Otherwise, we will have to cancel your order. When the payment has been made, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order, because by then we have already started adjusting the piece(s) you ordered.
As soon as we have received your payment, we will ship your order within 72 hours (usually within a day, but because we are both students and have part-time jobs, it might take us a little longer...)

We ship worldwide, using standard shipping costs, regardless of the size or weight of the order.
€ 1,95 within the Netherlands
€ 3,95 within Europa
€ 5,95 to anywhere else
These costs include postal stamps, packaging and administration costs.

It is possible to add insurance and/or tracking on your request. Please do note that if insurance is not requested, we can not take responsibility for items that are lost by the postal service.

Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually within 1-2 work days. Within Europe usually 1 or 2 weeks, and world wide about 2-3 weeks.

We are not responsible for any extra taxes, custom duties, etcetera.
Additional policies and FAQs
We put a lot of love and work in every item. Because everything is handmade (and because every bead and stone we use, is unique) the piece you receive might differ slightly from the ones in the pictures.

Every bracelet can be made to fit. When you place your order, please make sure to mention the size you want!

Every piece will be packed seperately in a beautifully printed card, with the name of the item, and a small transparent envelope.
