Care instructions
For any fabric items (masks, shirts, patches, etc) it is recommended to hand wash or put through the washing machine on COLD and HANG or LAY FLAT to dry for best results. Some apparel can be machine dried on LOW (check the tag if you're not sure), however the print may not stay pristine for as long this way!

Please check the listing description VERY carefully, some even have diagrams or links to size charts!
Custom and personalized orders
I don't take custom orders.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Sorry, I do not offer gift wrapping! Marking a product as a gift only removes the price from the included invoice!
My package is marked as delivered, but it's not here?
This can be frustrating, but please wait 24 hours for the parcel to arrive to your door. Some USPS workers mark their whole truck as delivered before actually delivering all the items to save time!
My parcel seems to be stuck in transit, what can be done?
USA CUSTOMERS: If your parcel hasn't had a tracking update in 5 business days or more, please contact me so I may file a missing mail request so it can be located and sent along to you!
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It's common for international parcels to have multiple-day waits between updates. If it's been over 20 business days since any update, I'd be glad to submit a missing mail request for you!
My parcel was lost by the USPS/stolen after being delivered, can you replace it?
If you think your parcel is lost, please contact the post office or you can contact me so I can input a missing mail/lost parcel form for you!
If you think your item is stolen or confirmed with the postal system that your item is lost, I do not offer free replacement on those items. However, I do offer a 25% discount on a reorder to compensate for your inconvenience! Some larger orders and original artwork have insurance that can be claimed on lost parcels!

Why doesn't my sticker order have a tracking number?
Stickers ship in an envelope with a stamp and do not have tracking!
