A companion to our main shop Star Stream Design, this shop has allowed us to expand our line of products to instant downloads that are an affordable option for customers. They are a great last minute option sinces you can download them once your payment is confirmed.

Many our items are editable (YOU MUST USE ADOBE READER, https://get.adobe.com/reader/ or the full version of Acrobat) on a desktop or laptop computer (not a mobile device) so you can change the message as you like, and print as many as you need. Using a web based pdf viewer will not allow you to save the file or have it print properly. Do not use a smartphone or tablet to download, edit, or print your files. When printing, make sure you are printing at 100% and "Fit to Page" is not selected.

If you are unable to figure out how to work with our editable PDFs, I would be happy to customize any of our listings for you, but a customization fee will be required on top of the cost of the listing.

If you have a specific customization request, please contact this seller. Please understand that depending on each request, there may be a design fee required.
Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellations (and refunds) are not available on the instant download listings in this shop since file delivery is immediately available. Please be certain you want the item you are buying before you purchase or reach out to ask any questions.
If there is a problem with one of the files you download, please contact me so I can help. All sales are final.
I ordered an editable instant download pdf. Why doesn't it have the text I want in it?
Instant downloads are ready to download immediately so it is impossible for us to customize them for you. The cost is low because you do the personalization yourself. The text in the file is placeholder text so all you have to do is click on it and change it yourself in either Adobe Reader or Acrobat on a desktop or laptop computer (not a mobile device).
Editable instant downloads come with instructions that outline how to change the wording. The instructions have links to the commercial free fonts used if applicable, so you can download those if desired or if you want to match other items. Recent listings all use embedded fonts so you don't need to download the font but it's a good idea to have in order to match other items.
Why can't I change the text in my editable pdf?
There are a few things that you might be doing to cause this.
- Do not edit your item on a phone or tablet, a laptop or desktop computer work best
- Open the pdf in Adobe Reader and not in a web browser. You can download the latest version of Adobe Reader free via https://get.adobe.com/reader/
You can also use Adobe Acrobat if you have it.
- Download and read the included instructions.
- Make your changes and select "save as" with an alternate name.
How do I get my files?
All the items in this shop are INSTANT DOWNLOAD files. Please download them from your Etsy Account > Purchases

Use a desktop computer or laptop rather than the Etsy app especially for editable pdfs.
If you purchased a custom listing, I will be in touch within 12-18 business hours via Etsy conversation.
My print shop doesn't accept pdf files. When I upload the template for print, the text field are not there? What do I do?
If your print shop does not accept PDF template files, you can "flatten" the file and convert it into a high-resolution JPEG format. After you have edited the editable PDF, save the file and convert it into a JPEG format using this FREE online converter: https://docs.zone/pdf-to-jpg
I want to change the text/font style/size/color in my editable pdf
Click in the text box you want to change. Select Control + E (PC) or Command + E (MAC) to edit the text properties, change the font, color, size, or alignment by using the text properties toolbar.
You will not be able to change jpgs or non-editable pdfs.
All my text doesn't fit in the text field!
You will need to edit the font to make it smaller (or change the font if you prefer). Using Adobe Reader click into the text box and select Control + E (on a PC) or Command + E (on a Mac) to edit the text properties, change the font, color, size, or alignment using the text properties toolbar.
