CHOOSING YOUR SIZE
To choose a size, see the listing dropdown - HEIGHT, SIZE, or DIMENSIONS. Dimensions are clearly listed in the dropdown. Dimensions shown are the Overall Dimensions of the decal and include all design elements (e.g. text, swirls, floral elements, etc.). MULTIPLE SIZES are available for each decal and typically range between 1 inch and 11.5 inches high. See the listing description under CHOOSING YOUR SIZE for more information.

CHOOSING YOUR VINYL (OUTDOOR vs INDOOR vinyl) - See listing dropdown -> PRIMARY COLOR

INDOOR VINYL – Oracal 631 – Temporary Vinyl
-Best for short/medium term indoor applications
-Temporary, low tack, removable
-Matte finish
-Does not hold up well to weather, heavy use, heavy abuse, high moisture conditions
OUTDOOR VINYL - Oracal 651 - Permanent Vinyl
-Best for medium term indoor/outdoor applications
-Finish is glossy. White and black is available in glossy and matte
-Holds up well to weather, heavy use, heavy abuse, high moisture conditions
-Removal is difficult, can damage surface

CHOOSING YOUR SURFACE - IMPORTANT!!!!! Decals won't stick to all surfaces.
**Stellar and Stark is not responsible for decals not sticking to your chosen surface or errors applying your decal.

TEST YOUR SURFACE: Test the surface using a piece of masking tape or Washi tape. Though not foolproof, this simple test may indicate whether your decal will stick to your chosen surface. I can also send you a vinyl sample so you can test your surface prior to purchase.
COMMON VINYL APPLICATION PROBLEMS & SURFACE ISSUES
Common application problems:
-Incorrect vinyl type (indoor vs outdoor vinyl);
-NOT rubbing the top of the transfer tape thoroughly before pulling tape from decal;
Common surface problems:
-Not flat enough
-Too hot (over 90 degrees); Too cold (below 50 degrees);
-Too bumpy or textured;
-Wet or environment is too humid;
-Not cleaned properly (dirt, oil, soap, chemical residue, etc.);
-Newly painted – WAIT AT LEAST 6 WEEKS;
-Paint is value paint;
-Paint is whitewash;
-Paint is old, flaking, powdery, or chalky;
-Paint is eggshell
-Paint is low or zero VOC paint ("Green paint");
-Paint is scuff resistant
-Surface is waxed
-Surface is covered with window film e.g. frosted, tinted, etc. - this includes window film applied by manufacturer.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
I ship all packages USPS Ground Advantage by default. For most packages, delivery takes between 2-10 days but it can sometimes take longer. USPS Priority shipping is available at checkout. Priority Shipping is often quicker but delivery times are NOT GUARANTEED. Your Priority mail package could take longer than 2-3 days.
SHIPPING OVERAGES FOR MULTIPLE DECALS
I refund all shipping overages greater than $2.00 for purchases of multiple decals. For example, you buy 5 decals and get charged $8.00 shipping, if shipping costs me $4.00 I will refund the $4.00 shipping overage.
RETURNED ITEMS/ HELP I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER
Shipping labels are printed as provided by the customer. I do not make changes to shipping labels unless requested by the customer. If you realize you have submitted the wrong address, send me an Etsy Convo within ONE HOUR of your order and I can input your correct address. The customer is responsible for providing a proper address recognizable by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Any mistake made in the address can result in your order being returned as misdelivered, or lost. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping and reshipping the item.

HOW DO I APPLY MY DECAL?
All vinyl decals come with a detailed application instruction sheet and application kit. You may also watch my video "How to Apply Vinyl Decals" here: https://youtu.be/sEFI8urFHwg - CAUTION! Vinyl decals are made with permanent or temporary adhesive. Before applying your decal, be confident of placement and make sure you understand how to apply the decal correctly. The vinyl decal CANNOT be be removed and re-applied. Please make sure you have read and understood the ENTIRE instruction sheet and watched the video before applying your decal or sticker. If you are still unsure how to apply your decal after reading the instruction sheet and watching the video, send me an Etsy convo and I will explain the process further as needed.
Most customers have no problem with application!
I DIDN'T APPLY MY DECAL CORRECTLY. CAN I GET A REFUND?
I do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for customer error. However, I do provide replacement decals at a discount price so you can try your application again. Details regarding replacement decals are included with your purchase.

CUSTOMIZATION REQUESTS
At this time, I can only take on custom and personalized orders if my schedule allows it. Generally speaking, I can take on most simple changes to existing decals but elaborate design work is not possible. If you are interested in a custom/personalized decal, please send me an Etsy convo and let me know what you are looking for. If I can take on the custom work, I charge a $10.00 non-refundable deposit to cover my time in the event of a cancellation.

OTHER COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you sell your designs as SVGs?
I'm very sorry but I will not sell any of my decals designs as SVGs or any other digital file type. However, I do have a SVG shop on Etsy where you can find many new and creative designs. Check out my new digital shop, Sookie Sachs Design, at https://www.etsy.com/shop/sookiesachsdesign.
What font did you use?
I'm very sorry but I will not provide information regarding the fonts I used in my designs. I spend a lot of time and money choosing fonts for my designs. They are trade secrets. :-)

5 out of 5 starsThis decal is perfect! I'm giving customer service a 5-star even though I didn't have to contact them because of the instructions included with the decal. When they say, "Read the directions first," READ THE DIRECTIONS FIRST!! Which I didn't do. Luckily, I was able to put the decal back to its original shape and apply properly. Looks great, super nice quality. Hopefully, no one will park too close again.

Before ordering a decal, use a ruler to measure the HEIGHT(h) and WIDTH(w) of space you plan on applying your decal. Please note that the symbol " means inches. Also, HEIGHT is abbreviated with h or H and WIDTH is abbreviated with w or W. If only height is listed, that means the width is the same or slightly smaller.

IMPORTANT!!! A decal cannot be applied to all surfaces. In order for a decal to adhere properly, the surface must be clean, smooth, hard, largely flat, & dry with a temperature between 50-90°F.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
I work as quickly as I can. Decals are custom made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Saturday).
Please allow 3 WEEKS for delivery.
Delivery times provided by Etsy are ESTIMATES ONLY. Shipping times are NOT GUARANTEED.
Decals are sent via USPS Ground Advantage (with tracking). ONCE SHIPPED, delivery generally takes 3-10 business days but may take longer (possibly up to 3 weeks) depending on location and time of year. Tracking is provided. If it has been THREE WEEKS since your order was shipped and you have not received your order, send me an Etsy convo.
Priority mail is available (1-3 days for delivery) during checkout. Delivery time for Priority Mail is NOT GUARANTEED.
