5 out of 5 starsI bought this for my boss as one the gifts given this year was a hydro flask. She absolutely loved it! There was delays in shipping not due to the seller but the post office. The seller was very nice, notified me about it and included an extra sticker ❤️❤️

2 out of 5 starsAll my orders from abroad order the same day were receive way earlier than the one from this store. Material average, letters are greats so that’s why is 2 stars. Is good to have a side business if you have time to make abs mail the items in a timely manner otherwise is hard on the customer.

Thank you Lilian for your honest review. As noted on the listing, it can take up to 14 days to ship out based on availability of materials. I shipped the mask out according to estimated shipment/delivery noted by Etsy, however, I always try to work directly with my customers in the event they need an item sooner.
