What is the size of the labels?

Are the labels waterproof/dishwasher safe?
These labels are only waterproof if water hasn't been allowed to reach the adhesive. Different surfaces will have differing degrees of success. If there are any creases, wrinkles or texture, water can get behind the label and compromise the adhesive. Additionally if the label is placed on a highly curved area or a surface such as rubber, polypropylene or neoprene, they can be compromised by water. So if water contacts the adhesive side they will not work.
Some children's containers, cups, or bottles are made of polypropylene. Because PP has a lower factor of adhesion the labels will fall off these materials.
Do not place any clear labels in dishwasher , bottle warmer, sanitizers, or anything using high temperature.

Standard Shipping arrives in 3-10 business days and is NOT recommended for time sensitive orders. Tracking for this shipping method is provided by Etsy not trackable by USPS. It is better to upgrade to first class if you want tracking.
First Class Parcel arrives in 2-6 business days and includes tracking through USPS.
Priority Mail arrives in 1-4 business days and includes tracking through USPS.
Priority Express arrives in 1-2 business days and includes tracking through USPS
What is your turn around time on orders?

Please note, selecting STANDARD SHIPPING is via USPS First Class WITHOUT tracking. Please upgrade shipping at checkout to first class tracking if you want to be able to track your order through USPS.

Will all your labels work on fabric? Can iron on labels go through washer and dryer?
Only my Fabric Iron on Labels work on clothing. The Iron on labels are washer and dryer proof.
Unfortunately, not all of my labels work on clothing. The adhesive is super strong on the labels and will hold on fabric during light play. However, once in the washer the agitating motion of the washer will knock them off.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
The order will be in either a 5"x7" Light Blue Envelope (Standard Shipping), 6"x8" White Rigid Envelope (First Class Parcel), or USPS Priority or express Mailer (depending on the shipping method you paid).
If your order is marked as delivered it should be in your mailbox. Sometimes the envelope will be marked as delivered but received by the customer a few days later. Please allow at least three business days for the order to be received.
All of our envelopes are very thin, so many times the order has gotten stuck between other pieces or mail, magazines, ads, and so on. Often times the order has been received by a family member.
For piece of mind and tracking it is recommended you upgade shipping at checkout.
Where is my tracking number where can I look it up?
The tracking number is sent to your email with the shipping notification. You can also view your tracking number in the Purchases and Reviews section of your profile.
Standard Shipping is only trackable via Etsy. Though the order is carried by USPS, it is not trackable on the USPS website. If you want to be able to track order please upgrade shipping at checkout.
All other US shipping methods are trackable on both Etsy and USPS websites.
International orders are shipped without tracking and arrive in 10-20 business days.
