They were also so incredibly helpful with the design because I didn’t have the best photos (it’s a surprise memorial portrait for a friend). I’ve genuinely never had such a pleasant, helpful experience. I cannot say enough about how thrilled I am with the seller and their work.

🔮 What do I order?
All my patterns are digital downloads, designed for hand embroidery and to be enjoyed right away, from the comfort of your own home.
No physical items will be shipped, which also means no shipping delay or hidden customs fees.
Patterns are not suitable for machine embroidery.
🖥 How do I access my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be ready to download
- in your Etsy account under “Purchases & Reviews”, click the download button
- in Etsy receipt email with a download button
For bundles, you will find access to the Google drive link IN the thank you PDF.
Please note that download is not working on the app, only on a web browser.
Feel free to message me if you have any issue finding your files.
🎁 Can I offer this as a gift?
Of course, you can offer the PDF files to a loved one, or even craft a homemade kit by buying supplies on your own!
But please remember that the files are for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is not allowed.
🌱 I’m a beginner — can I stitch this?
Many of my patterns are quite easy and I really try to make them comprehensive, even without detailed step by step.
Every order notably includes

- 3 different ways to transfer the pattern
- 21 stitches illustrated and explained

⏰ Can I return or exchange a digital item?
Due to the nature of digital products, Etsy does not allow returns and exchanges once the download has started.
However, as your satisfaction is my priority, don’t hesitate to contact me if you encounter any issue, we will find a solution.
🧵 Can I sell finished pieces made from your design?
My patterns are designed for personal use.
If you wish to sell your finished pieces or use the designs during workshops/clubs, you need to purchase the Commercial License Add-On.
It grants you small-business rights (up to 100 units per design) while keeping everything fair and protected.
