What does it mean when I mark my order as a gift?
All orders are wrapped with care in acid-free tissue paper. By marking an item as a gift: I will include the message (if there was one) written from the gift-giver to the gift recipient.
It has past the estimated delivery time and my order has not arrived.
While I provide estimated delivery times for orders as per Australia Post's recommendations, I cannot guarantee that they are met. By default, all flat items are sent out as untracked letters which means unfortunately I will not be able to provide shipping updates. To ensure your order reaches your doorstep, I highly recommend purchasing tracking for all orders.
