Order Tracking

I use national postal services of India (India Post) & destination country to ship your order. I provide tracking id after shipping the order. Etsy updates it in the respective order profile. The tracking order number works as the order tracking link of India Post. After the shipment leaves India, destination country's national post takes over. Therefore, you may check the India Post's tracking number on destination country's national post's tracking site.

Any tracking request for shipment loss or delay needs to be filed with us within 30 working days of making the purchase. Dispatch query for shipment beyond this time frame will not be entertained as Store Utsav may not be able to recover the records from the delivery services involved.

Purchase Return, Exchange, & Cancellation Details

We have 'NO CANCELLATION POLICY.' Orders once placed with us cannot be cancelled. This is due to reverse international transaction complexity and the possibility of product damage in added transit. Therefore, please read product description very well and in case of any query thereof, please message me, BEFORE purchasing. Read FAQs below to know more.

Some clarity about my shop's handcrafted products.

Some slight irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc of my shop's products, signify these are unique, handcrafted items. Please also note that the look of the actual product may slightly vary in texture, color, and brightness from that of its digital image. Therefore, all these points are beyond transactional dispute, if at all any.

Which cases are eligible for return/exchange?

ONLY the following cases will be eligible cases for RETURN/EXCHANGE:

a. Damaged product (beyond what is visible in the image in our Etsy shop and as mentioned in product description) received

b. Wrong product shipped

c. Product not received (delivery failing due to special circumstances like any recipient's non-availability at the mentioned address, weather, natural calamity, pandemic, fire, government directives/policies, customs issues of the destination country, or any such circumstances beyond our control, are not eligible for return/exchange)

What are Store Utsav Fashion's exchange/return terms?

a. All items must be returned in the same conditions as received with all the tags and invoice in place. Any item exhibiting signs of more wear tear, alteration, resizing, or damage, than when I shipped, will not be accepted for return.

b. The shipping cost & any custom charges (across shipment transport) for the return will be FULLY payable by the buyer.

c. File your return/exchange request(s) within 48 HOURS of receiving (date & time of delivery as per India Post's Time Stamp) the product(s). No return requests will be entertained beyond this RIGID timeline.

d. We process the replacement/refund within 15 working days of acknowledging the validity of your return/replacement request.

What about shipping delays/losses/returned shipment by delivery channels?

We are not responsible for the delay incurred at the delivery channels' ends.

We use national postal services for the shipment delivery. A shipment is delivered through India Post International Airmail and the destination nation's national postal service. We are not responsible for any loss of shipment after the shipment has left Indian territory. Before placing your order, please make sure at your end that your national carrier has reliable services.

We are also not responsible for delay/lost/returned shipment due to recipient's non-availability at the mentioned address, weather, natural calamity, pandemic, fire, government directives/policies, customs issues of the destination country, or any such circumstances beyond our control.

Customs regulations of shipment delivery address.

BEFORE ordering, please find out the customs regulations in the destination country. Store Utsav will NOT be responsible in ANYWAY for ANY customs related issues regarding Store Utsav shipment, in the destination country (as per the shipping address).

Also, the buyer will bear any applicable taxes and duties incurred at the shipping address. Please ascertain the international shipping receipt regulations at the destination address' end. We will not bear any charges or get involved in any customs issues.

Store Utsav is NOT shipping to France and Germany.

Due to some dispatch regulations, currently, we have suspended shipping to France and Germany until further notice. Therefore, please do not place order with French and/or German shipping address with us. We will not be able to fulfil it. The onus of placing an order with French and/or German shipping address and any charges thereof, rests entirely with the buyer. Store Utsav will not be liable for any related refund or charges in case an order with French and/or German address is placed nevertheless.
