For sizing I recommend taking a tailors tape measure, going from the base of the neck down to wear the you want the chain to rest. Please keep in mind that most of my clasps will add around an additional inch and the size you pick at ordering is the chain length, not the chain plus clasp length. If you find that you want the chain tighter or looser after receiving it I can do alterations for a flat $20 plus shipping costs. Alterations take 7-10 business days, however in custom listings you might see me list 10-15 business days, as this helps account for the time it takes while you ship the piece back to me.

For most of my pieces (Anodized Aluminum, Regular Stainless Steel, Titanium) water along with a bit of blue dawn or another mild non abrasive soap is fine on the actual chain part. The only clasps that shouldn't be exposed or submerged in water for long periods are the Standard Push Gate Clasps, and the Locks and they can tarnish and rust respectfully in those conditions.

Chains are shipped out in a simple white jewelry box packaged in a bubble mailer. Gift wrapping is not available at this time however if you include a gift message it will be printed an put inside the lid of the jewelry box for your loved one.

Following the same rules as personalized orders I can not exchange chains that have more than 2 colors in them. If exchanging for a chain style that is more expensive you would pay the difference in cost, plus shipping. If exchanging for a chain style that is less expensive you would be refunded the difference in cost, minus shipping. An exchange restarts the processing time and will take an additional 7-10 business days from the time I receive the original piece back.

Forced returns are not accepted on my items; if an item is sent back for any reason without prior approval it will be held until either a refund on the item is deemed appropriate or the cost to reship the item is paid. I have a free shipping guarantee for the first delivery attempt on orders over $35 you purchase, however as a small business I cannot cover shipping costs beyond this (in the same vein as if I do accept a return or exchange shipping costs are the buyers responsibility). Please make sure your address is correct at the time of order, or make sure to message me with a corrected updated address to ensure the timely arrival of your order!
