Welcome all buyers to StudioWonjun shop. All items in this shop are original designs and handmade by me based on the love of Art Craft and Design. I am trying to do the best when it comes to finding materials. I try harder for paying all attentions in all details of making them.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges can be made if the items arrived damaged.
Please, contact me within five days after receiving the items.

Custom made items cannot be refunded and exchanged once the details and agreement is done and the payment is submitted

I will refund your money back or make the exchange for you, less shipping within 5 business days of receiving back the item.
Payment
I only accept the payment through PayPal. Even though you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay using PayPal, just click Pay with PayPal and follow the step from there.

The payment need to be completed with in 3 days of purchase. Otherwise the order will be canceled.

Note : The advance full payment is required for custom-order.
Shipping
I generally ship by USPS first class and priority mail (depends on each items) for domestic and International with in three days of payment.

Combined shipping is offered for multiple items only if payment is sent for all items in one transaction

Please make sure that your Etsy address matches your PayPal address. If they do not match, the items can not be sent out.

I am not open for consignment. The wholesale and custom orders are available in some items, please do not hesitate to ask.
