I have been ordering from Sugar Berry over the last 2 years and never been disappointed. The sunflower cookies looked amazing and the details were impeccable!!!

DONT ORDER DROM HERE!! Clearly this happened to several people based on the reviews. I ordered AND PAID for cookies 2 months in advance to make sure I had them for my grandsons party. I contacted the shop owner multiple times with no response. And... I never got the cookies. I had to escalate the case with Etsy. They were great about refunding my money. They also closed the shop down but this was only temp. My guess is this shop owner paid Etsy back in order to get their shop opened back up. THIS SHOP IS NOT DEPENDABLE!!!!

Ordered and paid for cookies and then couldn’t get in touch with the seller at all. Etsy had to issue refund. Was a huge inconvenience because I was left scrambling to find someone who was able to make cookies in time for a baby shower.

I ordered cookies from this shop and was supposed to pick them up the day before my party. I was unable to reach the shop in any way and finally had to have Etsy administration intervene to get a refund.

These cookies were delicious and so cute. If you need something special or different for a gift or party you can’t go wrong. Fast shipping, cookies arrived in perfect condition

I never got the $91 order I paid for on July 10 & no one would return my messages. The order not only wasn’t shipped but now the party I ordered them from is over. I’m out $91 that has not been refunded.
