Thank you for your feedback and for your 4-star review. The wood quantity is not specified because it depends on each user's CNC machine and the size of the wooden panel they plan to carve. This is a digital laser cut file. No physical item will be shipped. After your purchase, you'll be able to download the files instantly via your Etsy account.
2. What type of file am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a set of vector cutting files compatible with laser cutting machines. File formats typically include SVG, DXF, AI, and PDF. Each product listing provides detailed information on the included file types.
3. What machines are these files compatible with?
These files work with popular laser cutting machines such as Glowforge, Cricut, Silhouette, xTool, Ortur, LaserPecker, and others. Please make sure your machine supports the provided file formats.
4. Can these files be customized?
These laser cut digital designs can be slightly customized by resizing only. I can adjust the dimensions to fit your laser bed size or material thickness. However, I do not offer modifications to the design itself (text, shapes, graphics, etc.).
5. How do I download the files?
Once your payment is processed, go to your Etsy account > “Purchases and Reviews” to download your files instantly. Etsy will also send a download link to your registered email address.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital products, I do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your files, feel free to contact me — I’m happy to help!
7. Do you offer custom design services?
Yes! I do offer custom laser cut design services. If you need a personalized design, such as a name sign, corporate logo, or something tailored to a specific theme or size, feel free to message me. I’d love to bring your ideas to life with a unique file created just for you.
