My shop represents my most current watercolors along with a retrospective of my art going back 40 + years!
What you're seeing here is the process of an inner soul journey.
My medium is primarily pen & ink and watercolor. With attention to fine detail, I love expressing the vibrant, living energy of line and color. These media really capture the alive whimsical and imaginative quality which define much of my work.
I feel deeply connected to nature and express my fascination with the mystery of that communion, through combining the human form and nature.
My art has been a great path to connect to my deeper self, as I have been a spiritual seeker my whole life. It is a reflection of a deeper reality which is intuitive and comes from the depth of my inner life. The imaginative imagery contains an inner mystery; it is expressed (and revealed) symbolically, like in dreams. It is spontaneous, all I do is let it flow through me to the paper. It is a meditation.
It truly means a lot to me to be sharing this Soul Journey with you!

That something special came in the form of the art I wanted to hang on our bedroom walls. Voila, Jar Ladies/Sherri Comwell/Sunroot Art. The moment I was the collection I purchased I was entranced and am certain I will remain so everytime I wake to see these lovely paintings. Now my only challenge is to find frames that are worthy!
