1 out of 5 starsThe item didn't match the description and the grounding skills weren't ideal for my clients. I wasn't looking for a tailored worksheet either. Author doesn't refund so I'm left empty handed...

While it does provide prompts for several widely accepted grounding and mindfulness techniques (the 5-4-3-2-1 technique, 4-7-8 breathing, etc.), we understand it won't be the solution to every client's needs.
