5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely love the hoodie, just unpackaged it! Was a gift from my boyfriend, I’m 150 pounds and 5’11” and got the medium. Length is great; If you want a baggier fit, size up from your normal fit. The print is larger than I expected and super vibrant, love it!

Frequently asked questions
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are be packed with care and love as soon as possible after the order is placed. Currently the time to dispatch the order is 1-4 weeks. Orders are shipped in larger batches, and orders are planned to leave at least once a week after packing. Sometimes it may still happen, that because massive amount of orders, shipping may take more time than estimated. As a seller, I hold my right to extend the shipping with one week more, without starting to compensate the slow delivery. If the shipping will take even more time, I’m happy to compensate the extended waiting time for the buyers.
DELIVERY POLICY (1/3)
All orders are shipped with the courier DHL/Deutsche Post. I’m offering two delivery options: Basic delivery without tracking, and trackable delivery. To have your order tracked, remember to purchase the shipping upgrade for your order delivery!
Those who have purchased their order with tracking, will be able to follow the package during the delivery. Buyers will receive a tracking number for their order, after the order is registered to the system and shipped.
NOTE! BE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT, AND ADDING YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR ORDERS ADDRESS INFO IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This way it’s easier for the courier to contact you, if there’s some problems with the delivery.
DELIVERY POLICY (2/3)
If the courier is not able to deliver you order, the order will be sent back to me. IF THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, reshipping costs will be recharged from the buyer. If the address is correct, most likely there has been some mistake with the delivery. In case like this, the order will be shipped back without extra charge for buyer.
Those, who have ordered their order with tracking number upgrade, can follow their package on the DHL page. I recommend to follow your order movement quite actively. If the system suddenly says ”Unsuccessful delivery attempt”, contact right away your local post office or mail center! Most likely you should be able to get your package, before it’s shipped back to me.
DELIVERY POLICY (3/3)
The delivery times are only ESTIMATED, for Etsy does not allow to set up more time for the delivery. Due the worlds situation, and depending on where you live, the shipping can take anything from a week to even 5-6 months. Slow delivery is unfortunately a thing I can’t affect on. Please wait patiently for your order to arrive!
LOST ORDER POLICY
With the new DHL/Deutsche Post courier, shipment getting lost is very rare, but it may still be possible. If you have not received your order after 6 months, contact me right away! This way I’m able to contact the courier to ask about the shipment and refund/reship the order. NOTE: Lost order refund covers the trackable shipments ONLY! This policy is made, for because if the order is made without the tracking service, no one is not able to know where the package is, or has it really delivered or not. If you’re afraid to that your order may get lost during delivery, I RECOMMEND to purchase the tracking service for your order!
DAMAGED ORDER POLICY
All orders are packed in flawless condition. If the order is damaged when you receive it, the product has damaged during the delivery process. This is unfortunate, and I’m happy to either refund or resend the new products to replace the damaged ones. But having a refund REQUIRES PROOF PHOTOS. Please send me good pictures of the damaged package and the product to have the refund. The products can’t be refunded or reshipped, if the proof photos can’t be provided to me.
