It’s Westminster Dog Show time, but if you are a dog lover you know they don’t have to be a champion to win your heart. Through 2/16 all dog themed cut files are half price. There’s also a little something in the shop for the cat lovers, too!
Dressing up some gift cards for Valentines Day using a couple of digital scrapbook papers from my Buffalo Plaid Valentine Palette pack.
Just print, craft and enjoy - skip the slushy parking lot at the craft store.

About

I think it all started with art class at summer day camp.

I can still feel it – the excitement of lining up, walking down that hallway to the art room. I can still smell it – the glue, the clay, the paint.

If you were lucky, you got picked to help pass out the paint brushes or scissors. If you were really lucky, your clay project didn’t explode in the kiln or your painting didn’t get smashed in the bottom of your camp bag along with your wet swimming suit.

My enjoyment of art and craft didn't diminish as I got older, I just found different ways to explore it.

Drawing on the computer and creating doodles and digitally printed artwork are my big favorites. I really like to make cards and signs, planners and calendars, and I've recently become addicted to making one-of-a-kind t-shirts.

In 2016, I accidentally discovered the world of craft cutting machines and dove in by purchasing a Silhouette Cameo. It was a great marriage of my digital skills and my obsession with paper crafting.

2017 brought me a new hobby - hand lettering. The addition of an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil in 2018 rounded out my set of tools.

Now I merge old school techniques like watercolor and brush lettering and digitize them to create entirely new projects.

I spend my days working in the prepress department of a commercial printer, fixing customer's problems that they don't know they have in ways they'll never understand.

Evenings and weekends are my time for crafting cards, garlands, t-shirts, posters, paper boxes and flowers . . . the list is nearly endless (but if you want to see it, check out my website or my Pinterest boards).

In my shop are cut files designed to allow you to create your own works of art without having to worry about all the technical details. My greeting cards can't help but show my happy and unapologetically quirky personality. Seasonal items will come and go, but one thing will always remain constant - it all comes from my imagination, channeled through my computer and iPad from my little craft corner in my kitchen in Kansas City, MO.
