4 out of 5 starsThe tote came out perfectly. The only issue I had was lack of communication. I didn't receive tracking/shipping information until the item had already arrived, and the seller didn't respond to my status inquiries until the item had already arrived. Having said all that, the tote did arrive on time and was exactly what I ordered and the recipient loved it! I just have found other Etsy sellers to be more customer service minded.

4 out of 5 starsLoved the set, the monogram looks great on both, without flaws on both. Only issue I encountered was not receiving a shopping notice until I requested, even so it was almost as though it was an inconvenience that I asked. Otherwise, I received the set very fast and my son loves it. Maybe some room for improvement on the customer service end though...
