I’m Haleigh DeRocher, owner and creator of Sweet Sequels. I have loved reading for as long as I can remember, and the words I read deeply inspire and inform my art.

My home is filled to the brim with books. The stories I’ve been reading for years hold a dear place in my heart, and they are the primary inspiration for Sweet Sequels. I believe in usable, beautiful, bookish art that complements the tomes on our shelves.

My literary paintings are thoughtfully conceptualized, designed, and hand-painted; everything from the colors to the design aspects are inspired by the themes and mood of the books they were born of. I can’t think of a better way to spend my time than ruminating on the plots and characters that I love.

In addition to being an artist and business owner, I am also a homeschooling mom of four. We live in East Texas.

My primary selling platform is my website, SweetSequels.com. There you can find an assortment of literary goods, including used books, sewn goods (like blankets and book sleeves), clothing, and a huge variety of archival literary art prints.
