They were very understanding and promptly refunded our original order. We ended up placing a bulk order because our font size required a higher-quality printing method, and we’re so glad we did. The final labels turned out amazing and exceeded our expectations! Thank you for your patience, professionalism, and for working with us to find the best solution for our needs. We highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for future projects.
