I created a folder of my wedding photos that I wanted included and they were in order of how I wanted them to appear in the wedding album. The creator showed me a draft, I asked for 2 edits to be made, she edited it so quickly I was surprised how soon I received my album. I love it so much.

4 out of 5 starsI shipped it-as a gift. No idea what it looks like or the quality. I marked low on shipping bc I got a text saying it was shipped about 10 days ago, but really the label was just made. Nothing on seller end.

Sometimes tracking can show the label was created before the carrier scans the package, but I’m glad it’s on the way as a gift. Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or
requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific
requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
Do you send photos before you ship items?
We always send a digital proof or mockup for personalized products for you to check before it goes to production. Please reply within 24 hours, so we can ship on time.
How do I make sure you match my color theme exactly?
The best way to make sure that your colors are matched as closely as possible is to
send a HEX code (the digital # code of a color). I will always send you a digital proof or mockup as an example with that color. Please keep in mind that colors on your screen might slightly differ from colors on the products.
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
There are no refunds since every item is custom. You will get a digital proof or mockup before the product goes to production.
What kind of image quality do you need?
High-resolution images (preferably from your phone or photographer). We'll let you know if a photo isn't suitable.
Is the book printed on photo paper?
We use thick 170 g/m² (65 lb) paper – perfect for both text and images, with a luxurious finish.
Can I order multiple copies of my book?
Yes! And we offer a discount when ordering multiple copies.
Can I choose the layout or design?
Yes, you can choose what cover design you want. You’ll receive a custom design based on your photos, and we’ll make revisions if needed.
Can I choose the cover color and text?
Absolutely! You can pick your preferred color, and personalize the cover with names, dates, or a short title.
