Never received. Waited a month, messaged a few times with no response. Had to open a case through Etsy to get a refund. Didn’t end up having the prop I needed for my kiddos one year photos as I didn’t have time to order something else.

I’m not one to write bad reviews. The item is cute. But I could have made it for five dollars with dollar tree equipment and it would have been better. One of the hexagons is off center, and there is glue that is visible. If you’re paying 40$ for an item, it’s nice if built well. Disappointed. Partly my fault, I should have been more picky looking at images before I purchased.

I purchased this in hopes to use it for my daughter's first birthday display! I gave extra time due to likely delays with COVID. Shipping was listed as 3-5 business days (yay!) - but after 7 business days I contacted the seller for a status update with no response. A few days later I contacted the seller again on the status, no response again (mainly wondering if I needed to find something else for her cupcake display). After a few more days, I opened a case with Etsy. Still no response from seller. Etsy ended up giving me a refund! Disappointed in the customer service and lack of response on updates! We are all pretty understanding during this time, so communication would be great instead of leaving clients wondering and waiting...!

This item is super disappointing. The color is not as shown in the pics, the seller had zero communication after being messaged 3 times, and the item was shipped almost 3 weeks after he marked it as shipped on Etsy. The hexagons are super tiny. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this product or seller to anyone.

Love these so much they look great! Had to let them air out a bit because they had a strong odor (probably the stain or lacquer. Great little shelves!

I’m more than disappointed with this purchase and will never buy anything from this shop again. I ordered the item on Feb. 18th and it didn’t arrive until Mar. 10th. I messaged the seller about the delay in shipping and got no response. I had to open a case and then even escalate it with Etsy before the seller finally shipped the item... still with zero communication. In the case, I asked for either a partial refund and the item or a full refund without it. The seller never even responded to me about it. When the item arrived, it was not as described or pictured. The wood is described as refurbished. About half of the wood appeared as described while the other half was just crappy scrap wood from a hardware store and the craftsmanship is shoddy at best. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SELLER AND WORST TRANSACTION I’VE EVER HAD ON ETSY!
