Sizing details
Our gloves are mostly "one size fits all" type. They are made of soft and stretchy wool that allows them to fit most hand sizes. But please ask me about the size if you hesitate or if the hands are too big or too small or if you want them for male or female.
When will I receive my order?
• Processing time is about 1-3 business days.
• Estimated shipping times are; 2-5 business days to the USA and 1-3 business days to Europe
• Please contact me if you want the order for a specific date, I will do my best. I will send you the tracking number.
• Please let me know your phone number. The shipping company asks it just in case.
What if my order is lost or stolen or want to return it?
• After shipping your order, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. But please contact us in case of a problem, we will do our best on our side.
• If you want to return the order, please contact us first. We will try to solve the problem. If you still want to return it, please note that the shipping cost is on you.
