A few guidelines..(don't worry, it's more of an information section :))

Returns and exchanges
I will not take any exchanges, or refunds, unless you have a legitimate reason. I try to take my pictures as accurate as possible and if you would like more pictures of the product or know more details I'd be happy to oblige! I will NOT refund your product if you thought the picture showed a different color. I list the in the colors, size, and material in the description.

Also, if you do not specify a color (if there are multiple colors in photo), I WILL CHOOSE FOR YOU :)

I take PayPal only. I prefer if you pay upfront (as in when you click the 'checkout' button), but I will wait up to THREE days before canceling the sale. If you would like something reserved, or cannot pay within the three days, let me know and we can work things out.

As of July 2009, I'm requiring payment for custom work upfront, I've gotten dinged too many times this month-and left with many, many abandoned custom orders just lying around my house :(, and many, many hours of wasted efforts!
I usually ship within a few days, MOST LIKELY the next day. I will let you know if there will be a delay in shipping.

I PRINT SHIPPING LABELS USING PAYPAL, so make sure your Paypal address is correct!

I do ship internationally!

One more thing;
Sometimes I make my own envelopes, so if you have a problem with this (i.e. safety), please let me know, I'll be happy to accommodate your needs :), otherwise, your plush may be shipped in a handmade envelope :)
