I accept PayPal ONLY. You can use a credit card through PayPal, and you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this option

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please send me a message with requests for cancellation. Any requests made after 24 hours cannot be considered due to the extremely tight schedule I must keep to get orders made and sent efficiently to provide a good service.

SHIPPING:

ALL my cases are made-to-order. Generally, it takes around 1-4 working days for your item to be created and shipped, so the cases are normally shipped within 2 - 4 working days of receiving payment but sometimes the days may vary depending on number of orders. You'll be notified as soon as the item has been shipped.

Custom requests will have a longer processing time.

I package my items with care to be sure that it arrives to you undamaged. Cases are wrapped in a cute packaging, and then wrapped in bubble roll to ensure that they arrive in their best condition.

All Items are made and DISPATCHED FROM SPAIN via our postal service Correos.

* Shipping to Spain: 3-4 business days
* Shipping to Europe: 4--5 business days
* Shipping to USA: 8-10 business days
* Shipping to Canada: 8-10 business days
* Shipping to Australia: 10-15 business days
* Shipping to everywhere else: 2-3 weeks
* some areas sometimes will take a little longer.

Shipping times are estimates only, unfortunately packages may occasionally be delayed in transit, especially during holidays or if the postal service is experiencing high volumes.

Some of the images are computer rendered and I have tried to ensure that they match up as close as possible to the finish product.

Also please be aware that slight deviations in color to the original designs are technically possible, and sometimes print may be different or darker than they apperar in the digital image.
