At this time I only accept payments through PayPal, all payments in USD.. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment on etsy; Select "PayPal" for your payment option and on the right hand side of the next screen you will have the option to select to pay without creating an account.

I request that all payments be made at checkout unless you have convo'd me and made special arrangements prior to Checkout. If payment isn't made within 3 days, and you have not make payment arrangements with me, your order will be cancelled and the item relisted.

Utah residents - please add 6.25% sales tax to your order. This isn't policy. It's the law.
At this time, I do not do international shipping. I only ship to the U.S.

The shipping fee for your first item is $2.50. Each additional item is only $0.25 My shipping charges include the actual cost of shipping, delivery confirmation, and the cost of packaging supplies only. I do not charge handling fees.

I use the PayPal shipping service so please make sure that the mailing information at PayPal is current and up-to-date to insure your package is delivered to the correct address.

If you would like your order shipped to a different address, please convo when you place your order. I do not usually split orders to be mailed to separate addresses, but if you have a unique situation, please contact me and we’ll work out any additional shipping costs.

I typically ship items out 2-3 times a week. Your item will go out the next business day after you confirm and pay for your order.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class. If you would like your item quicker, please convo me and I can ship your purchase priority mail for an additional cost.

All of my jewelry is packaged carefully, then wrapped securely in bubble-wrap to protect the contents. In case of damage due to my packaging, please convo me before you leave feedback. Insurance is available for an additional cost. If you do not purchase insurance, I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping and item will not be refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. I try my best to post accurate and clear pictures of my jewelry items and carefully display and describe the colors of my items. Please understand the colors you see may be vary slightly because of the settings of your monitor. In most cases I post one picture with the jewelry item next to a 12 inch ruler, so that buyers will know exactly what they are buying before a purchase. I will work with you to make things right should there be any problems with my items. However I do not accept returns without prior authorization. Please notify me within the first three days of receipt if there is a problem.

I will exchange merchandise once it is returned to me, as long as the merchandise is in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. Please include copy of invoice when returning. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

I do not refund unless an item is grossly misrepresented. Should you feel this is the case, please contact me and we will find a solution. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are not refundable. Funds can only be refunded via PayPal.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders - Love the design, hate the color, the length, etc.? All of my items are my own handcrafted specialties so if supplies are available, I can often make color and length changes, etc. Just convo if you see something you’d like customized especially for you. I can also make multiples of an item, supplies permitting.

Feedback- I work hard to do a great job for you so please leave feedback accordingly, and I will do the same for you. If you are ever unhappy or disappointed with Temptations, please contact me first before leaving negative feedback, so that we may resolve your concern. While I try to do my best, I understand expectations vary with each individual. With that said, I just want you to know I will always strive to provide a positive shopping experience for you.
