Shop aims to maintain sustainability! Packaging used aim closely to recyclable, reusable and/or biodegradable materials. Any branded or logo materials will be limited but present!

[Pre-Order]
Pre-order items are products not yet made and/or manufactured. Pre-order allows shop to collect funding and interest based revenue in order to know the quantity to fulfill. Updates concerning these products will be made as they progress in development.

[Custom & Made to Order]
Custom & Made to order items are not ready and/or pre-made. Item will begin development after payment is fully processed. Details regarding duration, etc. are available within listing. By purchasing any made-to-order items, you've accepted the nature of this product.

Please purchase pre-order and made-to-order items separately from available inventory!

Packages are shipped out either within the next business day, Friday and/or Saturday, within 2 weeks. Processing times can vary depending on unforeseen events, time of order, custom orders, quantity of orders I receive, inventory stocking, shop updates, traveling overseas, differences in postal services, holidays and/or changes due to the pandemic covid-19.

01) Double check billing information for accuracy! I'm not responsible for mistakes on customers end but I will try to help ^^;

02) Wait a few days and contact local postal service or USPS directly with tracking number (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm). Once packages leave my possession, it is the postal personnel's responsibility to deliver.

03) Check with family members, neighbors or roommates if they brought in and/or grabbed package by mistake. Mis-delivery is common, especially in apartment complex's.

04) Check property and/or areas of residence to make sure package wasn't placed elsewhere.

Please be aware USPS track app does tend to have technical difficulties!
- App is usually fixed within a few days (varies).

In the rare event that your item may have been incorrect or damaged while in transit, please contact me within 10 business days upon original delivery with your name, order number and well-lit image(s) of damaged items with original packaging included. I am happy to help and try my best to correct your order and/or replace damaged items for equal or lesser value, if I am able (not guaranteed as products may be limited quantity)!

Stickers are permanent adhesive and not outdoor or dishwasher safe, unless otherwise stated. Certain stickers may have laminate or holographic overlay, which adds additional protection and unique finish.

• Die Cut: when peeling, patiently find a good edge to lift backing from sticker.
• Kiss Cut: use your thumb to gently push the backing sheet until the adhesive sheet separates.

Be careful not to roll, fold, scuff or scratch paper! Prints (fe: art prints, postcards, thank you cards, etc) are not oil, scratch, UV, weatherproof or waterproof, unless otherwise stated. Certain prints may have laminate or holographic overlay, which adds additional protection and unique finish.

• Prints are made with premium matte paper, unless otherwise stated.
• Holographic Overlay is moderately hand-wash safe and provides resistance to wear and tear.
• Laminate Overlay is outdoor safe and provides resistance to abrasion and hand-wash safe.

Please note: I will never sell anything below my grading scale! I will only sell items that are best to good quality, durable and functional. Any items that fall under my grading sale will either be recycled or repurposed for other projects and/or placed in giveaways or free goody bags on my socials.

[Grade A]
(A) is best quality; superficial imperfections and non-obvious defects.

[Grade B]
(B) are considered "seconds", may have minor imperfections which includes:
Cutting mistakes • Minor scuff/lifting/bubbling • Wrong Coloring/Size

[Grade C]
(C) have obvious defects to overall appearance but are still in good quality/use! These will have moderate or major imperfections that are more obvious than grade A or B.
