Payment
The items will be shipped within 5 days of payment being received.
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the sale will have to be canceled.
Shipping
Shipping is by express mail or registered mail with tracking (to Australia shipping is by registered mail without tracking).
We will ship the items to your ETSY address (you can find it on the order form) unless otherwise requested.
Please note that items shipped to the USA, Australia and all other countries outside Europe will take between 10-25 business days to reach you.
Shipments to European countries will take between 4-15 business days. Shipping during the Holiday season may take a bit longer.
In some countries buyers are subject to custom taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer also if duties/taxes are applied when an item is returned to the seller for a refund.
Parcels that are lost in the post will be refunded after 40 days have passed since shipping or we have notice form the post office that the package was lost.
All items come in a gift box and will be send inside safe packaging.
