Please note that each item is produced when ordered just for you, therefore we do not accept returns. If the product is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement or refund if the defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.

Generally, production takes 3-5 business days. Each item is produced after an order is placed so this can vary depending on the item bought.

Standard shipping can take 1-6 business days for delivery. Most items ship via USPS ground advantage. Tracking to be provided when shipped. During peak seasons these times may fluctuate a little.

Ship by date is when your package will be picked up by UPS, DHL, USPS etc.
Delivery date is when your package should arrive at your doorstep.

Once an order is picked up by the shipping carrier, I cannot guarantee there won't be any delays. In most situations this is not the case but with UPS, DHL, USPS, and FedEx it does on occasion happen.

If your order’s tracking number indicates it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact me within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date. Prompt communication is critical—delays in reporting make it significantly harder to determine the cause of the issue and to take any effective action.

Please be aware that once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), they assume full responsibility for the safe delivery of your order. If the tracking shows "delivered," I am unable to issue a replacement or refund, as I cannot be held liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

In the event of a non-receipt despite tracking showing delivery, your first step should be to contact the carrier directly to open a claim or investigation. They will be the party responsible for locating the package or providing compensation for any loss.
