I started making the components you will find here components to use in my own designs which you will find in my other Etsy shop - THEA Jewellery www.theajewellery.etsy.com.
I love creating jewellery and components and I want my customers to be as happy with their purchases as I am making them. I strive to offer excellent service so please feel free to contact me at any time via the 'Conversation' function if you have any question about my products or your purchases. I will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours or will let you know if It will take longer.
I aim to dispatch all items currently in stock within 3 working days although it may take up to five during sales and busy seasons. if I am unable to do this due to circumstances beyond my control (postal delays etc.) i will let you know as soon as possible and will keep you up to date on the progress of your order.
Custom orders will take longer to dispatch and i will give you an estimate when the custom order is place.
Only one discount may be applied to any item at one time - offers cannot be combined.

Postage and packing are currently charged at the following rates
United Kingdom: £2.50
Rest of the world: £3.80
Please note the charges are subject to change at any time.
Your purchases will be carefully and securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, I do aim to recycle appropriate packing both to reduce costs and do my bit for the environment. If you would specifically like your goods to be dispatched in new packaging please contact me when you place your order.
As soon as your item has been posted I will send you a confirmation e mail.
Items sent to UK addresses will be posted by Royal Mail second class with proof of posting and should arrive within 3 business days after dispatch. Packages are insured up to a value of £46 as standard. If you need you order more urgently and would like me to send it 1st class at an extra cost of £0.50 please contact me when ordering. If you would like your items despatched as special deliveries for next day delivery, or with higher insurance this can be arranged at extra cost to you. Please contact me to discuss before placing you order.
Items sent to European countries will be posted by Royal Mail's Airmail service with proof of posting. Delivery to Western Europe should take approximately 3 working days and Eastern Europe within 5 working days. Higher value European packages can be dispatched using Airsure or International Signed For, depending on the destination country and will require a signature at the destination. This service will be at extra to you and your package should arrive slightly earlier. Please contact me to discuss before placing you order
Dispatches to the rest of the world
Royal Mail quotes delivery to the rest of the world as taking 5 to 7working days but this is not guaranteed.
Standard Royal Mail dispatches are not trackable. Your item can be sent via Airsure at an additional cost to you which will allow you to track your package online. Please contact me to discuss before placing you order.
NOTE: Customers ordering from outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which are levied after the package reaches their country and these are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a package is returned due to a customers refusal to pay such taxes or fees upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in the package being returned and only the balance of the purchase price will be refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges
In accordance with EU distance selling regulations items may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in the same condition as sent. Refunds will be given within 30 days on receipt of the returned item. The customer is liable for return postage.
Please contact me as soon as possible should you wish to return an item.

I also give detailed measurements for all items so that you can be sure an item is suitable.
If a purchase is not as you expected, I am happy to discuss replacing it with a suitable alternative or offering a refund. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss and always within 7 days. Postage on returned and replacement items (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
For custom made items no refunds or exchanges can be given.
This policy is over and above my legal obligations towards purchasers and your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
Most of the items in my shop are one of a kind or of a limited number but I am happy to take orders for custom items, should you see something you would like but with a bit of a twist. If something you've earmarked has already sold, please contact me as I may be able to make another one or something very similar, but personal to you.
To help me to maintain and improve the service I find it very helpful when my customers leave feedback on the items they've purchased. Etsy provide a process for this and it really is a few moments well spent.
Please note I do not enclosure paper invoices as standard.
