We use all Natural Vegetable Waxes and Butters that can melt if left in these type of conditions for too long. We ask that you PLEASE Track your package so you can retrieve it right away once it's delivered.

We ship to the address provided. TCL is not responsible for packages shipped to wrongful addresses provided by the buyer.
If you catch a mistake before your item is shipped, please let me know ASAP.
If the package is out for delivery - I can try a Package Intercept with the USPS and have the package redirected. USPS charges a fee to do this.

The Picture will last half of the soaps life. Once the soap is used to the middle and the picture is exposed to water It washes away. Leaving a pictureless bar

Unlike many commercial soaps, cold process soaps are made with natural oils and butters. Due to the high content of oils and butter, if cold process soap is left in a puddle of water in your shower or sink, it will certainly get mushy and shorten your soaps life span.  To avoid this, be sure to place your soap in a draining soap dish, wood is a great option and you can find them in our shop.

Picture soap/Glycerin- follow same instructions

Light it and leave it to burn for about 30-45 minutes or until a sizable pool of warm oil has formed. During this time the scent of the oils will begin to fill the air. Blow out the flame (when ready) and pour the warm oil directly into your hand and immediately massage into the skin. Burn candles for 2-3 hours at a time.

Massage Candles are made of skin-safe oils that have a low melting point so they don't burn the skin. Soy wax is a natural moisturizer. This allows you to use the melted wax as cuticle oil for hands and feet, to soften dry spots like elbows and knees, and as a massage oil. Our candles have no dyes in them.

Wax melts, tarts, or cubes are scented pieces of Wax without a wick that are melted to release home fragrance. Place your Wax melt in a Oil burner/warmer. The warmer will gradually melt the wax and fill your home/room with aroma. Depending on you size warmer- warm 1 to 2 melts at a time.
