♛ All sales are final on vintage items; refunds will be completed only if item was damaged in transit; photo required.
♛ Our orders normally take 1-3 business days to ship; during holidays, packages can take up to 5-7 business days to ship.

Soap and candle tips, and other information
♛Please let recipients know our soap and candle products are not chocolates and please do not ingest. Do not eat the soap or candles!
♛ Any soaps or candles that are hand painted, please know this is a powder mica and will come off on hands when touched and will wash off after 1-2 uses.
♛ Some of our products are highly fragrant! Please be aware!
♛ For our soap products, any white or lighter soaps that have any food fragrance or vanilla fragrance, know this will change. The white or light colors may turn a tan or brown color.
♛ Some fragrances may need more explanation on what they smell like. You can message us and we will provide more info.
♛ For our darker colored soap, the colors may run while using them...it is not recommended to use these darker colors on white towels or face cloths ~ Because of the rich colors of our designer soaps, layered colors might mesh together and will fade after a couple of months. We recommend hand wash only on our darker colored soaps.
♛ We pour in small batches for our lip balms or a few specialty items. Some products will have the option to select a restock option.
♛ if you have any problems with your order once received, we are here to make you happy! Please contact us before leaving feedback so we have a chance to correct any problems with our products!
♛ The hand painted soaps are painted with mica. It is not a paint but a shimmered powder. Because it is a powder, some may come off in transit but the majority will keep so the design stays. Be aware that when handled, the mica will come off on your hands as well; handle with care.
♛ Remember soaps and candles don’t last forever; use within one-year and they should be stored a cool, dry place. Soaps should be kept dry in between uses to extend the life of the soap. Soaps and candles will lose their scent over time and dry out. The soap's white and cream highlights will disappear with darker or bright backgrounds and with each soap use. Soaps that are layered with hand painted mica will also disappear with each use.

Our candles are made with soy or beeswax and are highly fragrant!

♛♛♛The free shipping is for one address only and only for US Domestic shipments. We can not send to more than one address. When you purchase an item for free shipping, please know we will ship first class/ground only. We are not responsible for the theft of your packages and are not able to do anything if it states delivered but it is not there. Please file a report with your local police department. Sometimes, a package can state delivered, but actually, it may not be delivered for a day or two after that. Please wait at least 7-15 days to file a report with both your local post office and police department.

If you do place an order and want to send to another person, you do have the option of putting in the recipients address.
