Can I request a map location?
We love receiving your map requests and will try to add new places to our inventory as requests come in! If it is a popular, well-known location (preferably in the New England area), we will design a map at no additional cost, no commitment required. However, if this location is further away or lesser known (in other words, you might be this map's only customer), custom charges may apply.

How do I order a custom map?
If you're simply looking to add an address to an existing map, just purchase this add-on listing in addition to the map: https://www.etsy.com/listing/770887170
However, if you want a fully custom map, message us with your idea and time-frame. We get a variety of custom map requests and therefore have no single pricing system or listing for custom orders. We look forward to working with you!
What goes into the estimated shipping time?
Map prints:
While we keep our more popular maps in stock, others may be dropshipped to you. "Dropshipping" refers to the process of sending prints directly to customers from our production partners. This often takes longer since the map is not printed until you order it. Meanwhile, in-stock items will be mailed out within only a couple days of ordering. If you are in a hurry, ask us which maps we have in stock!
3D Maps: Our 3D mountain maps are made in-house. A lot of time goes into creating each one, so these take longer to ship when made-to-order. Our processing and shipping estimates reflect this.
